When buying directly from LG be prepared for extremely poor customer service. If you must purchase an LG product youll most likely be better off going through Best Buy or Costco instead. LG uses a third-party vendor RXO for deliveries and installations. In our case the installers didnt check the size of the leak pan broke it during installation and then left without offering a solution. We ended up buying a replacement leak pan at our own expense knowing the washer/dryer needed to be re-installed correctly. When we contacted RXO to return and complete the installation with the new pan they left us on hold for more than two hourstwicewithout ever providing a real response. They clearly had no intention of fixing their mistake. LGs support was no better. Instead of helping they just transferred us endlessly between departments. The entire experience has been a huge waste of time and energy. Overall this was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

The washer started making a loud banging as the washer fills with water and the valve closes. We called a plumber to check our water pressure and pipes those were not the issue. LG will do everything to try not to repair this item.

I have liked everything about my l. G wash tower it performs very well. Its gentle on my clothing I like this selection of cycles and the delay feature. The dryer works very well for me. However I do notice sometimes that there are drips of water coming out of the dryer door going down onto the computer. So I clean the dryer door seal and that seems to help. I clean it every time I use it.

My old stackable washer/dryer died on me and I purchased the same model but decided to see if there was anything better and to my surprise LG made a much more modern stackable washer/dryer. These are 1000 better than my previous brand. They are so quiet and the technology is amazing. Due to my job I often time wash laundry while working and the wrinkle care function is a life saver. They look much more aesthetically pleasing to the eye and function just like a standard washer/dryer. If you have a small space and want a real washer/dryer there is no better option. This model is top of the line and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. The price point is similar to the old school style stackables and you can fit a lot more in both the washer and dryer. My unit was defective upon purchase but after a lot of miscommunication it was fixed. I cant work the app correctly to download cycles and customer service was not helpful at all. That issue is not resolved but my unit is now working.

I purchased this wash tower several weeks ago and so far Im completely satisfied. Ive been employed in the dry cleaning/laundromat business for over 30 years and the quality of this machine rivals that of many commercial machines. Last but not least the tower design creates much needed space in my small laundry room without sacrificing large capacity.

I love all the smart features. My favorite is that it automatically sets to the settings I use most and that the dryer automatically sets to the best option based on the washer setting. Would have given 5 stars but the dryer lint trap broke a few months after purchasing. The replacement was covered by warranty though.

I would have given this 5 stars but could not because within the past year around the opening of the dryer door the PAINT has started peeling along the edge of the opening. When I called customer service to ask about it I learned it was considered cosmetic and since I was out of my original warranty basically I had to just live with it. It is absolutely ridiculous that the paint is peeling after 3 years. So as a result unfortunately I will never purchase another WashTower again and its too bad because otherwise this is a great machine.
