Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

The newest updates ruined everything

Ilillil 11/17/2025

Ive been happy with this wash/dry combo for nearly 11 months and have had absolutely zero issues with the drying functionuntil now. A few weeks ago a new Drying Function Update Unfortunately since installing it the drying time has increased by 4050 minutes and my clothes are coming out damp. Prior to this update I had no problems last winter. I purchased this washer in December 2024. I expected the new updates to improve performance but it made things noticeably worse. Please tell me theres a way to remove or roll back this update

Cycles times are ridiculously long puddles under

David from Houston 11/16/2025

Do Not buy this is absolute trash. I bought in January of 2024 so were nearly 2 years in and the product just gets worse and worse over time. It started out as just ok. Everything worked fine but loads would take 3-4 hours based on size. OK its slow but we expected that out of this tech so we lived with it. Over time those cycles have become longer and longer and longer. We are now to the point where a large lod may take 6-8 hours to complete having to run the dry cycles 3 to 4 times per load. Not only that but there is almost always a sizeable puddle under the machine after use. Im literally thinking about putting this out at the curb and were less than 2 years in. We even had a repair man out one to look at it and he told us there was nothing wrong with it but hed go ahead and replace some random part while we was there. I am so disappointed with LG and this product.

12 Hours for ONE Load Insulting Customer Service

DONTBUYLG3 11/14/2025

The 12-Hour Laundromat Let us start with the core product failure. This washing machine which is supposed to be a modern convenience takes a staggering TWELVE HOURS to complete a single cycle. The process is as follows: Initial Wash and Dry Cycle: 6 hours. Clothes are left soaking wet. Second Dedicated Dry Cycle: 3 hours. Clothes are still damp proving the machine is fundamentally unable to perform its basic function. Third Dedicated Dry Cycle: 3 hours. Finally the clothes are dry enough to be considered clean and wearable. A total of 12 hours required to clean a single load of laundry. This is not a minor inconvenience it is a grotesque time commitment that renders the machine unusable for any functioning household. Multiple technicians have been dispatchedmultiple separate individuals have confirmed the machines behavioryet the problem persists. The Audacity of Buyers Remorse Where the product failure ends the true crisis of customer service begins. After enduring multiple failed service calls and submitting evidence of this impossible 12-hour cycle I received a communication from LG customer service that is frankly OFFENSIVE. To be told that my perfectly justified fury over a fundamentally defective non-functioning appliance is merely buyers remorse is the height of corporate arrogance and dismissiveness. My frustration is not remorse it is RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION over a product that is draining 12 hours of my life per load and a company that insults the intelligence of its customer rather than addressing a clear warranty failure. This is not a matter of subjective preference it is a measurable undeniable defect. Suggesting I am simply regretting a purchase ignores the documented fact that the machine cannot dry clothes in any reasonable timeframe. DEMAND FOR RESOLUTION: I require an immediate resolution that is not another service call promising the same normal result. I demand either a full refund or a replacement unit that has been factory-tested to complete a standard wash and dry cycle in a timeframe commensurate with modern appliances not one that belongs in a museum of failed engineering. LGs current level of service and this insulting response is a disgrace.

Worse Appliance Ever

Sharkpoteet 11/12/2025

This unit is terrible Not only does it take about 4-5 hours to complete a cycle but it has ruined 3 brand new sets of sheets no matter what cycle I use. There are small metal burrs on the inside of drum that seem to snag the sheets. At first I thought it was a user error until I really looked at what might be causing the problem. I think Ive probably wasted $1800 because Im pretty sure LG wont stand behind their product.

takes forever and i dont like the steam dry

JCole4981 10/27/2025

Realistically a load of jeans towels or bedding takes 5-6 hours to wash and dry. Definitely NOT efficient. The items usually feel slightly damp and are often wrinkled too. I do not care for the steam dry. Im grateful we kept our regular old separate washer and dryer because I often end up using that set along with this combo machine to keep up with laundry for my family of 7. Lint builds up along the rubber door seal which gets everywhere when unloading and is such a hassle to clean I cannot locate a cycle for only Rinse Spin. Space saving yes and thats my only positive review.

$2000 paperweight

Rob B in NC 10/26/2025

I bought this for convenience. The whole toss laundry in and dont think about it till its done was too good to be true. Little did I know Id spend most of my laundry time sitting in front of the machine opening the manual drain so that the spin cycle could finish. The number of times Ive done a drum clean cycle on this Im fairly sure I could fill a swimming pool with all that water wasted.

Kristal1 10/25/2025

The only time it only takes 2 hours is on quick wash It takes 5 and a 1/2 hours to wash and dry one load of towels. A normal washer only takes 1 hour to wash no mater what and a normal dryer only takes an hour and a half no matter what. This peace of trash takes all day for one load. And gets cloged on every load I shouldnt have to drain it everyday and clean it just to use it It says its for large families but I cant keep up with the laundry if it takes all day for one load If a normal washer and dryer only takes 2 and a half hours then this should only that that no matter what setting it is on

Dont buy This is a LEMON

Jim in Idaho 10/20/2025

TERRIBLE MACHINE. Quite possibly the worst machine since the Edsel car. I would give less than 1 star if I could. 1. NOT for a family in any way. Unless you are a person that wears only a swimsuit or lingerie this machine will take HOURS to wash and dry a load. Jeans towels linens all take at least 3 to 5 hours often requiring an additional DRY ONLY setting. 2 WATERING... Yep water has to be let out of a special TINY hose in the lower left hand corner of the machine just so the hidden SECOND FILTER can be unscrewed and emptied every month Its like doing and oil change in your laundry room on the first of each month.. A LARGE BUCKET is required because it drains about 2 gallons of very foul smelling water every time. 3. BUY THE PEDESTAL. that makes draining the water much easier. 4. CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT... Press 1 for English but the CS person cant understand when you ask to speak to a supervisor or I want my money back. The local technicians cant understand I want may money back either. I missed 5 days of work before they replaced a major part and the machine still gets clogged up. 5. The combo machines I used in Germany while with the US Army were awesome. This is just an awesome let down.

Terrible

Justin The Angry Consumer 10/19/2025

This product is terrible. Takes forever to do one load just last night started a load at 8pm the machine ran all night following morning still soaked. Not unusual for a load to take 6 hours to dry. I also get water on the floor not sure if this is leaking or moisture build up. Called the company and I have to try and fix problems. I called 4 times already and never get anywhere. DO NOT BUY

The Worst Appliance Ive Ever Owned Stay Away

Aponce 10/11/2025

If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought the LG Mega Capacity All-in-One Washer Dryer thinking I was getting a top-of-the-line space-saving miracle. Instead I got a shiny overpriced disaster thats never worked right since the day I plugged it in. The dryer is a joke. It takes three full drying cycles just to get clothes slightly damp instead of soaked. You can forget about towels or bedding theyll come out warm and heavy like theyve been sitting in a sauna. And all the lint? It doesnt even make it to the lint trap. It just collects in the drum sticking to every single item you wash. Youll spend more time re-washing your clothes to get lint off than actually wearing them. I had a certified LG technician come out and even he couldnt figure out what was wrong. His words: Yeah these are just built like this. Built like what garbage? Now its conveniently out of warranty and LG wont lift a finger to help. Ive owned appliances for decades and this is hands down the worst product Ive ever purchased. The fact that a major brand like LG sells something this defective and then refuses to stand behind it is beyond unacceptable. Its not a washer dryer combo. Its a $2000 frustration machine that wastes water energy and time. Do yourself a favor: dont even consider this unit. Buy literally anything else. Hang your clothes outside. Use a rock by a river. Youll get better results.

I bought my washer/dryer combo in February new from Lowes and regret this purchase more than anything Ive ever bought in my life. It takes all day to dry a load of clothes. I clean the lint trap religiously but it still clogs up and has flooded my house dozens of times. Towels take so long to dry they come out smelling sour. Its junk. Do not buy it

WORST APPLIANCE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED

SAHMof4 10/6/2025

BUYER BEWARE If you are washing clothes for more than one person you will always have loads of laundry piling up or you will be running your machine 24/7. I have never been able to get more than three loads of laundry done in one day because unless I do a quick wash every load take between 4-5 HOURS I have NEVER had a load of towels come out completely dry in the first 4 hour wash/dry cycle even with only washing 5 towels. Every single time I have to re-run a dry cycle that takes an additional 1.5-3 hours. So if you ever plan on washing and drying towels make sure you have about 7 hours to do so. The unit itself is quiet but does reverberate at times causing an unpleasant vibration thats hard to get away from if your unit is in the common spaces of your home. The only good thing Ive found so far is that a few connect the unit to the LG app it lets you know if theres an issue or to remove the load when finished.

Leaks bounces and doesnt dry well

LG WasherCombo AllInOne 10/6/2025

Ive had my new washer combo for a total of 3 days and its already started leaking out the bottom and making noise and bouncing while drying a load of clothes Every time I turn it on it says the detergent is too low. I really thought this was gonna be the answer to all my laundry problems as I have 5 people in my household and always doing laundry but its taking so long just to finish 1 load and I end up having to run it through a second drying cycle to get it all dry. Im more than likely returning this week and going back to the old school type of washer and dryer.

Unreliable Poor Customer Service

alc5440 10/6/2025

I bought this unit in February of 2024 and it was great at first but after a few months it started tripping the GFCI on the outlet its plugged into. I had the outlet replaced by an electrician in case that was the issue but it continued to happen. I contacted LG who told me theyd to send a technician but never did despite the fact that I followed up with them multiple times. For several months I was rolling the dice on whether Id be able to finish a load but now it consistently trips the GFCI. Ive had to plug it into another outlet just so I can continue doing laundry and have to stay away from the washing machine while its running since theres clearly a ground fault. On top of that it no longer pulls lint up into the trap and instead leaves it deposited all over the gasket despite the fact that Ive consistently performed the recommended cleaning and maintenance. Id strongly advise against spending $2000 on an LG washing machine given they dont even show up when theres issues. I know I wont make that mistake again.

BUYER BEWARE

nicole0317 10/2/2025

I purchased this machine in February 2024 and have had repair people out to my home 4 times. The heat pump and the control panel were both replaced under warranty. Now the start button wont work again and there is an error with the vibration sensor and the machine just shuts off in the middle of the wash cycle. I clean the lint filter between every cycle but the repairmen told me that with this machine I need to hose off the filter and not just use the swipe feature. I have to not only rinse the filter but also rinse the side filter remove the back plastic screen which isnt easy and reach my hand into the flexible exhaust tube to manually remove the lint. Per manufacturer recommendation the tub clean cycle must be run every 30 leads but the repairmen suggested every 15. I have to drain the machineand clean the lower trap after every 2-3 loads and despite all of this the machine constantly fills with lint. This causes the lint filter to fill with water which accumulates in the control panel and ruins the electronic features Over the past 1.5 years I have had to use the app to start this machine more than the start button. All of this also leads to dry times of 5+ hours. My machine sits on a pedestal and the pedestal also fills with water regularly due to the lint accumulation. Repairmen gave told me that my experience is not unique. This very expensive machine has been a nightmare.

Stopped drying clothes

Robin106 9/29/2025

Stopped drying after 9 months. Followed all the steps to clean and update the machine and nothing worked. Some clothes are dry some damp and some wet. All in same load. Doesnt matter how big or small the load is. Same results. Even though under warranty no help from customer service.

Worst dryer in the world.

Stacey LG sucks 9/26/2025

This expensive washer/dryer combo is the biggest piece of crap ever made My clothes are mildewed and smelly because it takes about 3 days to dry one load of clothes I wish I could throw this piece of garbage right at whomever made this and thinks its acceptable to sell utter junk Ive tried every setting none will dry for more than a couple of minutes. So I have to live in the laundry room to keep turning it on every 2 minutes I hate this product so much I will never ever buy anything from LG Not too mention how much money and electricity wasted to try to dry a load of laundry for 3 days then rewash and try again Completely and utterly the biggest piece of feces made

RUN AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM LG.COM

P1SS3d0ffLady 9/4/2025

Id love to review this product...if it actually worked. I ordered from LG.com on August 6 and the unit was delivery on August 8. The initial cycle run by the delivery drivers failed and the Vibration Sensor error message displayed. I called LG they told me to unplug it and try it again. It still did not work. They scheduled a call back the following day with tech support. No one called. I called LG again. They told me to unplug it and try it again. Spoiler alert: it still didnt work. They then scheduled a repair for the following Thursday. The repair did not solve the issue and the technician found other suspect things when he opened the until. I called LG again and told them I would like a full replacement. They told me that I need to have the machine repaired or at least attempted before they would replace. A second repair was schedule for August 18. That same morning August 18 I got a call telling me that they would be replacing my unit. When the technician arrived later he said he would keep the ticket open and I should wait for an email or text from LG to confirm a new product was on the way. Two days later and I still had nothing in writing so I called on August 20 to confirm a new unit was indeed on the way. Yes I was told it would be delivered between August 26-29. So I waited. No further email or text. August 26 27 and 28th came and went. I called LG again. Again they told me to wait 24-48 hours. I did. Spoiler alert: NOTHING. I called again on August 30 and was again told to wait 24-48 hours. At this point I told them I would like a total return and refund. The agent put this through and I immediately received an email noting the process had started and that in 24-48 hours I would receive further instructions on the return. We are now 96+ hours out and I still do not have additional information on the return. I have called twice today again with promise of a call back from someone that can fix this issue and I still sit here waiting. Their customer service is straight up garbage and I have no idea how Im going to get this resolved since I ordered directly through LG. The gatekeeping is insane and I cant believe this has been going on for nearly a month. Ill update this review when I actually get this resolved. Stay tuned. P.S. Like the chump that I am I reordered a new unit as soon as the Return email came through. Now thats being delivered at the end of the week.

It goes on forever in the drying cycle. Long after the clothes are dry. It wastes energy in that way. It washes OK and dries OK but just keeps going and must be manually stopped.

Extremely Frustrated Refund Process a Nightmare

Shawn_2025 8/27/2025

I purchased a washer on August 11 and tried to cancel the order right away. Since August 13 was Sunday and customer service was closed I called LG on August 12 to request the cancellation. Even though I requested to cancel on August 13 I received an email from LG saying the washer would be delivered on August 14 followed by a text message confirming delivery that same day. I immediately called the delivery company and told them to return the washer to LG instead of delivering it. On August 18 I called LG customer service again to check on my refund. I was told the delivery company would ship the washer back that day and that I would need to wait 710 days for the refund process. I waited 10 days and called again only to be told the washer still hadnt been shipped back due to the delivery companys internal paperwork. When I asked about the delay the representative simply told me I needed to wait another 710 days to receive the refund. When I asked what would happen if the delivery company delayed again he had no clear answer. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After weeks of waiting with no resolution I had no choice but to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Please be aware I do NOT recommend ordering directly from LG.

SLOW dryer very slow. Great washer. Bad dispenser

Daveeed 8/27/2025

The washing machine is excellent. Best Ive ever used. LG is not telling the truth about the cycle time. Its typically 2 hours and 45 minutes to get a load of clothes washed and dried effectively. Its extremely inexpensive to run though averages 1.5 kWh per load washed and dried. I think I had a single load that beat two hours. Once in over a year. The first heat pump assembly was a little bit slower but this one at least keeps itself clean and doesnt leak water on the floor like the first one. I wish I could still use the automatic dispensers but they have started leaking after just over a year. They cost over $200 to replace even though they only need new gaskets and nuts that would cost at most $10 delivered. They didnt honor my complimentary extended warranty I was supposed to receive. So I just will not be able to use fabric softener ever again. I dont mind adding my own laundry detergent honestly but its just a terrible idea to have dispensers that only last til a week after warranty. LG also doesnt even have this machine on their parts website so you cant even find a proper parts breakout. LG has terrible customer service unfortunately but I knew that going into it. This was literally the only machine that would fit in the space I have. I like it but I really hate the fact that the auto dispenser broke after just over a year and you cant use fabric rinse or softener ever again until you spend $100ish every freaking year. Ditto the auto detergent thing but at least I have a place to put the machine. So lesson is - if you want to be able to use fabric rinse or softener after the first year - and not spend over $100 each year to purchase one without it from comps

Not worth the cost/headache

Gordon B 8/27/2025

We bought this unit to save space in our very small laundry room. The size is GREAT but the performace leave much to be desired. It take HOURS for one load to wash and dry. Also much of the time the clothes come out damp and require more time to dry. You can also forget about large items such as a comforter. We can wash it but have to take it to the laudrymat to get it dried. There are several other issies such as the lint buildup around the rubber seal. We have had to get this unit serviced at least three times in just over a year which has been another process altogether. The display has gone out and we had water leaking onto the floor. A nice idea but I think it is time to go back to a traditional washer and dryer. Hopefully the technology will get better.

Great concept - awful performance

JRRobinson 8/5/2025

Seriously just avoid this product. Great concept for saving space but miserable performance after just a few weeks. WEEKS of repair coming out again and again replacing parts that he learned have either been recalled or noted as known defects. ON his drive out today he learned from LG that the entire front of the machine has been determined to be defective and must be replaced. Yet parts are unavailable for an undetermined amount of time meaning more weeks possibly months with a machine that takes over 8 hours to dry a camisole and a light summer dress. Top filter keeps filling up with water lower unit filter keeps giving 20-48 ounces of water out the little drain hose several times per load while drying...not washing...shouldnt be water in there after draining starting the drying cycle dryer wont dry clothes at all no matter the load size. LG keeps responding to reviews by inviting us to PM them through social media recommending we change our load size cant get much smaller than 2 light articles of clothing and/or read the manual though weve been through no less than 5 calls to customer service numerous walk-throughs of the features and settings AND walk-throughs with the service technician that keeps having to come out in futile attempts to get our machine working. We purchased the machine because a relative LOVED her new one. Turns out shes having identical problems. Theyre great for a month or two but thats when the problems start. LG youve got a truly disappointing product here built on a great concept. The technology just isnt there on this machine. Feel free to call or email me using the information required on these reviews and we can discuss logically. Buyers beware - check the reviews from new buyers Vs. those a few weeks or months in.

Great concept - technology not there yet

JR robinson 7/29/2025

Repeated efforts by repair persons have failed. Hes just speculating at this point as to why it takes 8 hours of drying to dry a pair of womens PJs and a short summer dress and we still can drain as much as 32 oz. of water out of the bottom filter/hose assembly 2-3 times during that 8-hour drying marathon. All filters are clean as a whistle door catch has been replaced hes turned the machine inside-out trying to figure out the issue to no avail. Sister in laws identical machine is having identical problems. LG customer Service hold times are ridiculous and they continue to act as if we know nothing about doing laundry or about using this machine when we call. Theyre just working from prompt booklets and cant ever offer any real help other than finally scheduling repair and our service has been delayed due to unavailable parts 3 weeks in a row. As stated in my other review - the concept is nice but the technology just isnt there yet...not on this machine anyway. Recommend you look past the shiny space-saving concept and thoroughly do your homework before buying. Its a $2000+ lesson that were taking to the dump this weekend and replacing with conventional front-load machines after less than 6 months owning it and sister-in-law is facing the same outcome. Lowes this isnt your fault. Sure cant help but feel like LG owes us something back though...

Maintenance Nightmare

VTPete 7/29/2025

Dont waste your money. On paper this thing is awesome. in reality its a waste of $2000. I have had it for a year a half and already multiple issues. I had an impeller chip on the drain pump had to replace it. The condenser drain clogged no easy way to get to it without tearing the unit half apart. Now it seems that the cold water inlet valve/ solenoid had malfunctioned as it ADDS water to the drum at the END of the dry cycle when the clothes are dry making them damp again. That part is on factory back order with NO ETA. All of these issues start coming conveniently right after the 1 year warranty. For $2000 I would expect a lot better. The fact there has not been any recalls or warranty extensions on this product with clear design issues states to me that LG does not stand behind their product.

Overpromises and UNDER delivers

Former LG rep 7/27/2025

Bought this to replace a separate washer dryer unit. At first the novelty was great. This unit is compact and seems to work ok but then months down the line you start realizing the shortcomings. The dryer feature takes FOREVER to dry. In some cases it actually never dries a full load after 4-5 hours. Then the other downside is this thing STINKS. The first few months it smelled great then it started smelly skunky. I tried the tub steam feature used various washer tabs that supposedly deep clean but the smell doesnt go away. Buy only if you like stinky clothes that take forever to dry.

I would like my $$$$ back

PRODUCTSARIPOFF 7/22/2025

If you want to waste money youll be better off throwing thousands of dollars in a fire. Atleast youll be entertained This is the worst machine possible. Ive had this machine for around 9 months now and have only been able to use it for 6. The Heat pump auto dispenser has went out after using it for 6 months. After 3 times LG sent us the part to fix it its been the wrong part every single time. Now waiting again for the correct part to be sent to us and its already taking long than the expected arrival time and longer than the past 3 parts. On top of this frustrating situation the dryer as it self absolutely sucks takes over 3 hours to dry and its still not dry.. sometimes taking 2-3 more cycles to dry. Take all the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt because the frustration that comes with this hefty price of a machine is not worth it.

Missing the auto open door feature

Bob Koenig 6/28/2025

I love the energy efficiency and the one and done convenience. However the competition has a feature to automatically pop the door open at the end of the cycle. Is this something that can be added per software update? I figure it would help prevent any mildew from residual moisture if left unattended. Adding this feature would make it a truly five star product.

Informative review here.

Zach G 6/17/2025

This is a well-made machine that has some limitations and many advantages so please read through my personal experience before you consider buying. This machine cant do magic so if you have a few older kids and are always doing laundry it would be best to consider this as an additional unit and not replace your standard washer and dryer. The reason I say this is that the high efficiency comes at a cost. I can think of 4 reasons why someone would want this: 1. Only has space for a single all-in-one machine. 2. Only has a regular outlet water and a drain. Gas and venting or high-amp electric circuit are not needed for this unit and this works fine with cold water only too. Just use wye connection to feed the hot and cold connections. 3. Wants to save energy and does not mind the extra time it takes to complete a wash and dry cycle. 4. Room for a second machine that can be used with an existing washer/dryer. This way add capacity and it can be a backup if the other washer or dryer fail. I recall last year when my washer pump broke and my wife was having a heart attack. With this all-in-one in place along with my other washer and gas dryer she loves it now and I dont have to worry about something breaking down because we have backup for wash and dry. If you only need to do 1-2 large load or a few small loads this is perfect. The nice thing about it is you can set it and forget it before sleeping or going to work. Ive found this unit to run very quiet and I like the DC brushless motor technology and efficiency. The motor easily moves the load CW/CCW to get the clothes moving around to wash and dry better. I wish there was a quicker way to turn on the light though. There are a few steps needed in options to get the light on so this would be a note for LG to improve that feature. Another benefit of having the all-in-one is that when you use the wash and dry you dont have to worry about leaving the clothes in after a wash cycle completes. It goes right into the dry cycle. This unit has the KeepFresh option you can add to the washer so clothes will move around periodically once the cycle is done to prevent wrinkles. Some other nice features are: ezDispense which is so convenient so you dont have to add detergent or fabric softener every load. The ThinQ app has a tub clean reminder to clean every 30 cycles and lets you access and manage the cycles easily from your phone. ThinQ sends notifications of when the cycle is done so weather youre using it for wash or dry or wash and dry you can stay on top of the house chores when you get distracted with something else. Note that you cant stack anything on top of this unit because the lint trap is on top. It has an easy slider mechanism that wipes the lint off the screen. *Make sure to periodically check the fins when the lint filter is removed. It has stayed clean for me so far but instructions say to clean with a small brush if there is lint visible on the fins. Lastly with the AI Wash+Dry its easy enough for capable kids to do their own laundry so more help around the house.

Easy to clean the filter easy to use due to the on demand detergent system easy to use because my phone tells me when the cycle is complete. It washes incredibly well dries the clothes well it runs on a wall outlet 120V and it has NO dryer vent Incredible unit and I will be buying several more.

Started Strong But Was Too Good To Be True

Cosmo02 6/12/2025

Went from 2 hours for cycle to over 7 hours BOO Purchased in August 24 - replaced 10 year old predecessor model. Started out great with 2 hours for complete wash dry cycle but deteriorated to over 7 hours per cycle after 4 months. Had service tech out 7 times over a 2 month period. They changed numerous computer boards reprogrammed the software to no avail. ZERO IMPROVEMENT. Was ultimately told product was performing as designed. So you mean to tell me it is designed to start out of the box with 2 hour cycle then in 4 short months supposed to take 7 hours? Cmon Man. No one designs a product like that. How about you stand behind your product?

Do NOT purchase - Extremely Long Dry Times

IrishmanSr 6/9/2025

AVOIDE THIS PRODUCT Ive had this thing since August 2024 and heres why you should NOT buy this: 1. Drying times are ridiculous. It recently took 12.5 hours to wash and dry two normal sized loads. I started using the delayed start function to start the laundry early in the morning. I recently did this and did not notice that because the AI presents the most used function Dry first I didnt notice and it dried my clothes rather than start with the wash cycle. So it took 1.5 hours to dry clothes that were not wet...wow. 2. When I first contacted customer service about the long dry times they sent a newer version of the lint trap. 3. When I contacted customer service a second time April 2025 they stated a technician needs to come out to take a closer look. Still waiting to be contacted by the technician. I have not had the chance to call back for a follow-up and Im now thinking what difference would it make. 4. During the conversation with customer service the second time I was informed that the machine is out of warranty. Why I asked. Because it was built in Jan 2024...thats when the timer starts. I had to email proof that I purchased in Aug 2024. 5. Need to drain the machine after EVERY use. This is not a convenient process. I purchased the base making the drain line too short to open and have a something for the water to drain into...you need three hands. I overcame this challenge by adding a petcock with extra drain line. Its now much easier to drain. Too bad the engineers couldnt come up with this. 6. In addition to draining the machine youre supposed to clean out what I call a wet lint trap. Be careful as there are spikes of plastic to avoid. Also have some towels on the floor to catch water that will also drain out...messy. Oh and apparently youre supposed to have a tooth brush handy to clean out the tunnel. 7. When cleaning out the typical lint trap on the top of the machine be careful because it will likely have a lot of condensation that will also create a mess. 8. Be prepared to clean the tub gasket after every drying cycle. Its always full of lint and difficult to clean. I guess this is why a recent update to the software now includes a Quick Tub Rinse cycle to address this issue. Thats my 2 cents worth. I really wanted this machine to work well but now I guess Im stuck with it until I can get my moneys worth out of and replace with a better washer and dryer. I wish you luck if you decide to purchase this machine.

I am so disappointed in my LG WashCombo all in one. I purchased it Jan. 2024 for our vacation home. This unit literally takes a entire day and most of the night to dry one med. Load of laundry. And yes this is with all the filters clean. I really wish I would have never bought it. They said it would only take 3 hours to do a single load of laundry if that were true it would be great. However that unfortuneatly is NOT the case and never has been. This Washer/Dryer unit absolutely socks.

Product worked great at first. Quickly realized that lint gets through the filter and builds up on the condenser coils. Every few weeks you have to unscrew everything on the filter and manually remove the lint from the coils. Lately have been constantly getting drain errors causing batches to fail and sit in water.
