Pollock's Appliance went above and beyond for us. We walked in 20 minutes before closing on a Friday, and they still took the time to help us choose the perfect gas range. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating from the start. They held our range while we waited for a gas line installation. Once we were ready, their team delivered, installed, and converted it to propane. They even removed our old range and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. This is exactly why I support local small businesses. The service is personal, the quality is top-notch, and it strengthens the local economy. Highly recommend Pollock's Appliance.

My microwave (part of a matching appliance suite) stopped working. I could not find a matching unit anywhere due to the particular color. After striking out with the box stores, a friend referenced this local appliance store. My old microwave required more repairs than it was worth, and they happened to have the exact make, model, and color that I needed in stock. Their price was also $30 better than the box stores for a unit that was going to take a month and a half to arrive. Great customer service, outstanding knowledge, tons of stock, and amazing prices. You must check this store out before going to the big box stores!

They will come and set up everything for you, I know when Lowe's deliver stuff they will not install the microwave or even hook up your ice maker line on your refrigerator.

Ethan was great! Helped me with selecting a new stove without the pressure of an appliance store. They were able to do the liquid propane conversion, deliver, install, and take away the old one. I would definitely recommend this business for your appliance needs.

One of the best small businesses I have ever dealt with. Often, if you have an issue, they will HELP YOU for FREE to try and fix it and check common things before they send a tech out. More than reasonable prices, great workers, a gem of a company in Brandenburg.
